It’s important to be able to gauge seasons and have clarity on which season you’re in as a leader. Otherwise you end up a bit visionless. Knowing what season you’re in, when to scale back and when to ramp up, is important. A while back I wrote about transitions. I was in the beginning of one. That transition is ending and new things are coming down the pike. This next season is going to be fun and I’m going to be able to do some writing again. Which for me is great because I miss it. I definitely needed to step back for a bit. With that, I should start posting more consistently next week. So, here’s to a new year and a new season. Hope you’re doing well.
